Service Cancellation

Due to the custom nature of our event decoration and photo zone services, all bookings are final once confirmed. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the event date to be eligible for a partial refund.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event date may receive a refund of 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are not eligible for refunds. Final payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the original event date and are subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

If you experience any issues with our services on the event day, please notify our team immediately. We are committed to resolving any problems promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
