By accessing and using the services of Xlexironshon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Xlexironshon provides event decoration and photo zone design services. All services are subject to availability and require advance booking. Service details, pricing, and terms will be provided in writing before booking confirmation.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and required deposit. Final payment is due before or on the event date. Cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement.
All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by Xlexironshon remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce or use our designs for other purposes without permission.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before service commencement. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment due dates, will be specified in your service agreement.
Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be detailed in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for partial refunds as outlined in your contract. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.
Xlexironshon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hawaii, United States.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
